Firstly, allow me clear your doubt. Singing is not a talent rather it's a skills Though some people were born naturally as singers. One fact about singing is it don't matter if you have a “bad” voice. Once you understand the principle and practice frequently you can gradually become a good singer. I know most of you are asking, how can someone be a singer and can't sing? We have lots of singers in Liberia that can't really sing or I should say can't sing at all. They should be thankful to their backup Singers, auto tunes and whatever that helps improve their songs. No argument, they are all famous and making hitz after hitz but the fact is they as wack as hell when they sing. I'm going to list them but I'm not sure if they are in order. Here are the top singers that can't sing
ERIC GESO
The MTN Artist Of The year Award winner and multi hits maker is one singer in the Liberian industry that can't really sing. Many people don't notice it cos they only wanna vibz to the music. If you listen to his music keenly you will understand that the backup beat helps him more often. Eric geso have managed to record many street and club banger but what the fans actually go for when he is on stage is his amazing and crazy performance.
RABBI
Are you surprise? Well you don't have to cos the President of Liberia is a singer too. Seriously, the Rabbi voice is irritating as a singer. The Rabbi who hits the entertainment spotlight with his Corona virus awereness song featuring top artist have gone on to record hitz after hitz, single after singles. Sources once said that he was planning on releasing his first studio album. With due respect, the rabbi isn't a music material. It's advisable he focus on his developmental projects cos he is good at it. One more thing he should be thankful for Dang, his backup singer lol. CHRISTOPH THE CHANGE
The rapper have lots of good song he do sings on but that does not hide the fact that he's not a better Singer. The Award winning artist is perfectly awesome when it comes to raps but not at singing. Infact he voice is kinda rap-like. It's better he sticks to rapping .
NATIF IPOTAY
Honestly, I don't know where to place natif. A rapper or singer? Don't get me wrong, his style of music is way too good. The one time hit maker who unexpectedly hit the spotlight with "STORY" a song that is still banging all over the country. It's with no argument he can't sing.
TEDDYRIDE
The all time hits maker is enjoying a successful career as he keeps the fire burning on a daily basis. I guess he have forgot that he can train his voice. Teddyride songs are amazing but trust me his voice is irritating as hell and can't be considered as a singer for a second.
MUSIKAL
A big round of applause for auto tunes. 70% of musikal songs sounds different as if they are songs from different singers. Sometimes I ask myself, can't he take good care of his freaking voice and trust he can be better for Once. Have you ask yourself why musikal is struggling with Bevonee record, a whole Bevonee record lol. His songs got the message but he is annoying
